When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of delivery.
What items are eligible for exchange or store credit?
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Sale, promotional, and custom-made items are final sale.
How do I start an exchange?
Please email info@foreigncloset.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for your request.
Do you offer international shipping?
International shipping may be available at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Contact info@foreigncloset.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photos of the damaged item.
My package says delivered, but I can't find it.
Please check with neighbors, household members, or your leasing office first. If your package is still missing, contact us and we'll do our best to assist. Foreign Closet is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
