DAMAGED, LOST PACKAGES, & INVALID ADDRESSES
At Foreign Closet, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we're here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@foreigncloset.com and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, household members, or your leasing office
- Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
If your package is still missing, email info@foreigncloset.com with your order number and we will do our best to assist.
Please note that Foreign Closet is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@foreigncloset.com. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
Foreign Closet is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
