EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At Foreign Closet, we take pride in offering limited and unique pieces. Due to the nature of our collections, we are able to accept returns but not unable to offer refunds. However, we are happy to provide the following options:

Exchange: If your desired size is available, we will gladly process an exchange.

Store Credit: If your selected style is unavailable, we will issue a store credit via e-Gift card sent to your email.

Key Details

Customers have 14 days from the fulfillment date to request a return or exchange.

Store credits are valid for 90 days (three months) from the original purchase date.

We will keep you informed throughout the process via email or text.

Please allow 3–5 business days for exchanges or store credits to be processed.

Once processed, we will contact you with the next steps regarding your exchange or store credit.

Important Notes

Sale/Discounted Items: All items purchased on sale or at a discount are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Eligible Items: Regular-priced items that are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original order date.

Condition of Items: Exchanged items must be in their original condition. Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not qualify for an exchange or store credit and will be returned to the sender.

Shipping Policy for Exchanges
